Where We Ship
- We ship within the UK and internationally
- Shipping options and costs are shown clearly at checkout
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
The courier used depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent
Delivery Times (Estimated)
UK orders
- Royal Mail: 1–3 business days
- Evri: 2–5 business days
International orders
- Delivery times vary by country
- Customs processing may cause delays outside our control

Customs & Import Charges
For international orders:
- Customs duties or import taxes may apply
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer
Returns & Refunds
Original Artwork
Because original artworks are one-of-a-kind:
- Original artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- You receive the wrong item
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Prints & Non-Original Items
For prints or standard products:
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or commissioned artwork
- Personalised items
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Include your order number and clear photos
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Once dispatched, parcels are handled by Royal Mail or Evri
- If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist where we can
Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
