Is the artwork original?
Yes. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by the artist. Any prints or reproductions will be clearly described as such on the product page.
Will the artwork look exactly like the photos?
We photograph artworks as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Do you offer commissions or custom work?
Commissions or custom pieces may be available from time to time. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the UK and internationally.
Which courier do you use?
We mainly use Royal Mail and Evri, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days
- UK delivery: typically 1–5 business days
- International delivery times vary by country, normally 2-4 weeks

Will my artwork be packaged safely?
Yes. All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an original artwork?
Original artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Can I return prints or non-original items?
Yes, prints and standard items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
